Autre is excited to announce the publication of Kate Parfet's debut book of poetry, Mirror Domme. This first collection is strewed buckshot of intimate recollections told in delirious balancing of lyrical phrase and fragmented prose. Maintaining traditional verse structures, Parfet uses a distinctly postmodern language to expound upon the travesties and triumphs of a Keatsean-like romance that burns bright as a magnesium flash then fades to black. The collection also includes a forward by writer Gretchen Mattox and illustrations by artist Tali Lennox.
